English teacher Katherine Filosa teaches both hybrid students in-person and virtual students via Zoom. A little over a month into hybrid learning at BHS, teachers continue to struggle with finding balance between teaching the two groups of students.
“When I think about hybrid, I think about the difficulties with trying to build a community across both spaces. I think the biggest challenge is that connection, that sense of community, which has been the thing that weighs on me most as a teacher instructionally,” Filosa said.
