220 named a top workplace
In today’s competitive marketplace, companies spend a lot of time talking about creating exceptional customer experiences. But do they make the same amount of effort for their employees?
It’s a question that takes on increased urgency at a time of historically low unemployment, when attracting and retaining talent becomes more challenging.
Impact Networking and the Holiday Inn Chicago Mart Plaza River North took the top spots for large, midsize and small Chicagoland workplaces, according to rankings released by Energage on behalf of the Chicago Tribune.
For the past decade, the company Energage has been ranking workplaces in the Chicago area and the nation through employee surveys, assessing everything from work-life balance to confidence in company leadership.
Barrington 220 is proud to announce it has been named one of the 2019 Top Workplaces in
the Chicago area by the Chicago Tribune. The list is based solely on employee feedback
gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC.
The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.
“I am very proud of our staff for making Barrington 220 a great place to work,” said
Superintendent of Schools Dr. Brian Harris. “Their dedication and passion is reflected each
day in the outstanding education we provide to our students.”
